Canvas is a space created for you to worship freely and courageously. It is designed to offer you permission to hear from, and respond to God in a personal way. The service is created to give you opportunity to express yourself authentically and without inhibition. As we pursue genuine expression individually, we offer encouragement to one another in an intimate, communal setting.
Here is what a few of our own say about Canvas:
“I love Canvas for many reasons. There’s no agenda, no rules, no do’s or don’ts… just a place for worship and intimate conversation with my Savior. I always leave feeling so refreshed because I know that God just met me there, at whatever place I might be.”
“I enjoy the carved out time at the end of my week to come with my Bible and journal and read, write and listen to the One I worship. I have found myself writing several pages during the singing of some of my favorite worship songs. Profound thoughts come to me while singing and listening to these great songs…it’s empowering to have time to respond on paper to what God is saying to me! I’m free to sit, kneel or stand and I don’t feel anyone is paying attention to what I do. It’s more of an individual time of worship for me, where Sunday morning is more for corporate worship. It is inspiring to be in the same room with others who are also having an encounter with the Almighty in their own way. Brady’s preparation before hand is evident, as his words are often the very ones I need to hear.”
